Aaron Russ comes from a long line of skilled craftsmen—he’s a proud 4th generation carpenter, continuing a legacy that began with his great-grandfather, who founded Russ Home Builders. Raised in Eastern Connecticut, Aaron learned the value of hard work and precision early on, starting his first jobs alongside his father power washing and home remodeling throughout the region.
Over the years, Aaron expanded his expertise into painting, carpentry, remodeling, roofing, and more. Building a reputation for reliable, high-quality work rooted in tradition.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Aaron founded Russ Home Improvements to carry on his family’s legacy with honesty, craftsmanship, and a commitment to treating every project like it’s his own home.
